For almost 20 years, Harold Kraft has been creating scalable products that drive revenue and set trends.

Dr. Kraft is a pioneer with deep domain experience in consumer identity management and verification.

Most recently, Kraft was CEO and co-founder of MyPublicInfo, an identity theft software company that licensed its products for 7 figures to three Fortune 500 companies. Kraft created, marketed and licensed the first proactive identity theft protection software in 2007, combining 3 data sources never previously used for this purpose. Eighty percent of the identity theft software sold today replicates this product and data model

Kraft was founder and CEO of Pantheon Software, where he built CourtExpress the first unified Web portal to tap into the US Court PACER database. CourtExpress was a very successful product and the company was acquired by the West publishing division of Reed Elsevier, a Global 500 company. (NYSE:RUK).. US Patent #7711738.

Harold earned a B.S. in Engineering (1977, Magna Cum Laude) from the University of Pennsylvania, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and a M.D. (1981) from Georgetown University Medical School, Washington, D.C.

Pat Dane – Chairman

Pat Dane is an entrepreneurial, driven executive who has had a successful 30-year career in business. Dane spent his first 15 years at Xerox, departing as a senior executive. In July 1995, Dane created and was CEO of Dane Interactive, Inc., a boutique consulting company that helped newly funded start-ups get traction in the marketplace. In the spring of 1996, Dane founded Tuneup.com, an online PC service center, ultimately acquired by Symantec Corporation. Dane was the first outside Business Development “Catalyst” for three of the current top ten e-commerce subscription sites: eFax, McAfee and NetFlix worked with Dane to gain their initial market momentum back in the late 1990’s. Dane’s team helped build and launch the Enterprise market for Brightmail along with generating over $9 million in sales before the company was sold to Symantec. Dane was Founder and Chief Revenue Officer for IdentitySweep and launched the first and most comprehensive identity theft service in the U.S.

Dane is now launching the “Next Generation” of Identity Management for the consumer marketplace with TrueSeal.

Susan Knorr – EVP, Business Development

Susan brings over 20 years of experience in executive sales and marketing management. She has launched dozens of software products and Internet services, and has experience with a variety of technologies including hardware, software, database, security, network management, Internet services and social media. She has co-founded and sold a software company of her own and most recently assisted with the acquisition by Oracle of a security company.

Susan has held senior level leadership positions at Central Point Software (desktop management tools), Quarterdeck (Internet software), Quova (business intelligence solutions), Bharosa (security software) and Oracle (identity management). She has sold to a wide variety of industries including finance, e-commerce, manufacturing, internet service providers, and SaaS companies.

Her experience includes direct sales to small, mezzanine, mid-size and Fortune 500 companies. She has managed direct sales, inside sales, internet marketing, value-added reseller sales, retail channel sales, and online sales. She has extensive International experience selling to over 100 countries worldwide. Her expertise includes sales strategy, marketing strategy, marketing communications and tactical execution of sales and marketing plans.
